We congratulate our Yazidi brothers on the occasion of the fasting month, which begins on Tuesday in mid-December and ends on Friday, which is the day of celebration for them.

As we welcome these happy and blessed days, our country is undergoing significant and important changes and developments. We hope that Syria will enjoy freedom of religion in the future and that our Kurdish people will enjoy their right to self-determination.

On this happy occasion, we say: the authenticity of your religion and your connection to your nationality are a source of pride and honor for all of us.

The tragedies and massacres that you have suffered and continue to suffer are nothing but bleeding wounds in the heart of every Kurd.

We salute you and salute in you the spirit of the oneness of God, and we will remain together in confronting the evils directed at the Kurdish people in general and at you in particular.
