The Presidency of the Kurdish National Council arrives in Damascus

On Monday, February 2, 2026, a delegation from the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council arrived in the Syrian capital, Damascus.

The delegation is headed by Muhammad Ismail, and the members of the Presidency are: Suleiman Oso, Fasla Yusuf, Yusuf Faisal, and Nemat Daoud.

The Council delegation did not disclose its agenda in Damascus and did not make any statements in this regard.
