Washington: Trade relations with Kurdistan are strong

The US Embassy in Baghdad confirmed on Tuesday that trade relations between Washington and Kurdistan are strong, during a visit by a delegation from the American-Iraqi Business Council to Erbil.

The embassy said in a post on its X account: CG Green met with DPM Talabani during the U.S.-Iraq Business Council Trade Delegation’s visit to Erbil. CG Green expressed appreciation for the KRG’s warm welcome to the U.S. business representatives. The U.S.-IKR commercial relationship is strong and open to American companies.
