Serious violations from PYD against the local offices of KNC

In view of the recent events in Kurdistan of Syria, and the serious violations against the local offices of Kurdish National Council,(KNC) and its parties’ offices by the Democratic Union Party,(PYD), which is a continuation of past violations that we have referred to and explained before, We found it necessary to shed light on these abuses and violations of human rights and civil society.
Here are some serious violations documented history and place:
Friday 03-03-2017
1- Burning and destroying the office of the Kurdish Yekiti Party (Soliman Adi Forum) in Qamishlo.
2 – Writings denigrating the Kurdish symbols on the walls of the western office of Kurdish Yekiti Party,(P.Y.K.S) in Qamishlo.
3 – Raid and break the contents of the Western Office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party – Syria in Qamishlo.
4 – Raid the office of the local office of Kurdish National Council in Sri Kanye and take Kurdistan flag down.
5 – Raiding the office of the local office of Kurdish National Council in Sri Kanye, sabotage its signboard and landing of Kurdistan flag.
6 – Raiding the local office of Kurdish National Council in Dirbasiyih and take Kurdistan flag down and write dirty words on its walls.
Saturday 04-03-2017
1 – Threatening members of the local office of Kurdish National Council in Sri Kanye and writing slanderous words offensive to Kurdish and Kurdistan symbols
2 – Put a piece of cloth with a Kalashnikov shot inside a piece of soap in front of office of Kurdistan Democratic Party – Syria; symbolizes assassinating.
Monday, 6-3-2017
1 -Raid eastern office of Kurdish Yekiti Party in Qamishlo (Forum of Sulieman Ady) and landing of Kurdistan flag upon the office building.
2 – Attacking on local office of the Council in the city of Sri Kannye.
Tuesday 07-03-2017
– Attack on office of Kurdish Yekiti Party with a Molotov bomb in Hasaka.
Wednesday 08-03-2017
1 – Attack on western office of Kurdish Yekiti Party in Qamishlo and destruction of its contents and writing mean words on its walls.
2 – Burning Western office of Kurdistan Democratic Party – Syria in Qamishlo
3 – raid local office of Kurdish National Council in Girky-Legy and disperse revelers in International Women’s Day by force.
4- Raid of Kurdish Democratic Progressive Party office during the celebration of the International Women’s Day.
5 – Attack on the local office of the National Council in Sri Kanye and sabotage its contents and hit and insult the leader of Kurdish Yekiti Party Badran Misto and the local office member Issa Haj Taha.
Saturday 11-03-2017
– Burning the office of the local council of the Kurdish National Council in Amouda.
The celebration of Newroz day, as it is the kurdish new year day was also banned. All the offices of the Kurdish National Council and its social and cultural institutions were closed down like Kurdish language schools, Kurdish folklore, social activities for youth, women, media and civil society. In addition to the closure of the offices of other parties, including the organization of the Assyrian, Kurdish Democratic Progressive Party and the Equality Party and another parties offices arbitrarily. Where the number of offices that have been closed more than 60 offices and dozens of abductees. Which poses a real threat to the existence of the Kurdish people and their future. As a result of all of the above, we hope the democratic forces will play a role in putting pressure on the Democratic Union Party and putting an end to all these abuses and providing an atmosphere of confidence and safety for the Kurdish people in Kurdistan of Syria and Syria. One of the most important steps to achieve that is the entry of Peshmerga-Roj as a military force is known for its discipline and as it consists of the youth of this region to face any threat.
