The gunmen of the Democratic Union Party arrest the journalist Barzan Farman

The gunmen of the Democratic Union Party arrested the Journalist Barzan Farman in the city of Qamishlo on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

And his fate is still unknown since his arrest from his workplace in the office of Rudaw TV, Despite his family’s review of the PYD administration.

The administration of the Democratic Union Party had prevented Rudaw TV from operating within the areas of control of the Syrian Democratic Forces in February  2022.

The gunmen of the Democratic Union Party also kidnapped the Yekiti Media correspondent in the city of Hasakah, Jindar Barakat, on January 18, 2022, and beat and tortured him.

It also arrested Yekiti Media correspondent in Qamishlo, Bawer Mlla Ahmed, and correspondent of ARK channel Sabri Fakhri in February 5,  and correspondent of ARK channel in Derek Ahmed Sofi, and correspondent of Al-Hasakah Dara Abdo in February 17 .
