On Wednesday evening, two cargo planes of the international coalition forces landed at the Al-Omar oil field base in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which is the largest coalition military base in Syria.

Local sources said: “The planes are carrying military equipment and logistical materials to reinforce military bases in northeastern Syria,” local sources said.

The United States has nine main military bases, six of which are located in Hasakah province, which is rich in natural resources and strategically located on the border with the Kurdistan Region, while one base is located in the al-Tanf area in the Homs countryside, and two are located in Deir Ezzor province, where most of the oil resources are concentrated.

International coalition forces continue to send military reinforcements to northern and eastern Syria by land and air to strengthen their bases in the region.
