Kurdish university student dies from gunshot wound in Latakia

A Kurdish university student, Shinda Adel Ksho, died after she was shot during clashes between Syrian army forces and rebels from the ousted regime of Bashar al-Assad.

A local source told Yekiti Media that Shinda died after she was shot in the head last night at her home in the northwestern Syrian city of Latakia.

Shinda Ksho, a first-year human medicine student from the western neighborhood of Qamishlo, was studying in high school at Qadisiyah School in Qamishlo.
