In the beginning July of 2024 the PKK-affiliated Ciwanên Şoreşger organization/ Revolutionary Youth kidnapped a girl child from Aleppo city .
and A local source told Yekiti Media, “The Ciwanên Şoreşger organization of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party has kidnapped the minor girl Aya Hasen Hamo 14 years old, from Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in the Aleppo.
The child, Aya Hasen Hamo, lives in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo Governorate, and her family from the village of Qntra in the countryside of Afrin city.
The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, had signed, in 2019, with the United Nations representative for children and armed conflict, Virginia Gamba, a plan of commitment to end and prevent the recruitment of children under the age of 18 and their non-use in military actions.
