Yekiti Media
Today is the eighth anniversary of the kidnapping of Fouad Ibrahim, a member of the General Secretariat of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, by the Asayish of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), and his fate is still unknown from the moment of his kidnapping until the date of writing this statement.
In light of the approaching announcement of the joint vision between the Kurdish National Council and the Kurdish national unity parties, we have not heard anything new regarding the issue of the Kurdish abductees, as their fate is still unknown.
On the eighth anniversary of the abduction of Fouad Ibrahim, a member of the General Secretariat of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, we renew our call for the urgent release of all Kurdish abductees held by the SDF.
We renew our call on the international coalition, the United States and France as active countries in the Syrian file, and human rights organizations to pressure the SDF leadership to reveal their fate and release them and ensure that those responsible for all illegal kidnappings are held accountable.
