The revolutionary youth attacks the sit-in of the Kurdish National Council in Qamishlo and al-Hasakah

On Friday, September 24, 2021, elements of the Revolutionary Youth Organization of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party attacked the Kurdish National Council sit-in in front of the United Nations office in Qamishlo, against the policies of the Democratic Union Party.
Three people participating in the protest were wounded in the attack. and participated in the protest along with the Kurdish National Council, the Assyrian Democratic Organization , and the Syrian Communist Party.
The revolutionary youth also attacked the sit-in in the city of al-Hasakah, the city of Derik, and the town of Girke Lege.
The cities of Amuda, Tal Tamr, Turbe Spi, Jal Agha, and Ad-Darbasiyah witnessed the organization of protests against the policies of the Democratic Union Party of raising the prices of fuel, bread, imposing taxes on citizens, preventing education, and the continued detention of members of the Kurdish National Council.
In the city of Qamishlo, Yekiti Media correspondent said that a delegation from the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council included Suleiman Oso, Nematt Daoud and Muhammad Ismail, at the end of the sit-in delivered a letter to the United Nations office. the head of the Assyrian Democratic Organization , Daoud Daoud, participated with them.
