An explosive device exploded by the car on an official community protection forces HPC of the Democratic union party in Qamishly city on Tuesday morning 5 December 2018

The explosion claimed the life of the chief security officer Hozan Yusif. and his driver was injured.

The explosion created a state of fear and panic among civilians.
