President of Kurdistan receives leadership of the Kurdish National Council

The President of Kurdistan, Nechirvan Barzani, received members of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria on Thursday.

The delegation was headed by the President of the Kurdish National Council, Muhammad Ismail.

The two sides discussed political developments in Kurdistan and the Middle East.

They also exchanged views on the situation in Syria in general and Kurdish affairs in particular, with a focus on Kurdish unity.
