PYD imposes new Royalties on the shops in Qamishlo:

Qamishlo Municipality of self-management that proclaimed by Democratic Union Party ( PYD ) in the Qamishlo city demanded the shop Owners in the market to check the municipal council to ask for permissions and administrative licenses to the end of April and everyone who opposes this decision  and doesn’t obey it will be at the risk of paying a financial fine .

It is worth to mention that the PYD had demanded at the end of 2015 from the industry shopkeepers to offer similar licenses that cost amounts ranged from 25000 SP to 75000 SP.
