The criterion of seriousness in dealing with any initiative is the release of detainees and the disclosure of the fate of the missing, said the secretary of the Kurdistan’s Yekiti Party , Suleiman Oso, in his response to the dialogue between the Kurdish National Council and the “Democratic Union Party”.

Oso said that there is a lot of talk on the Kurdish street about the French initiative for rapprochement and dialogue between the Kurdish National Council and the Democratic Union Party under the auspices of France, and in front of the pressure and the media urgency to know the seriousness of the parties in dealing with the initiative to reassure the families of detainees in the Democratic Union Party, Welcomed the initiative and at the same time denies the presence of detainees in their attempt to circumvent the initiative and thwart it before it sees the light.

“I think that the criterion of seriousness in dealing with any initiative is the release of detainees and the disclosure of the fate of the missing, and any other talk would be the peak of ashes in the eyes to inspire public opinion,” Oso said in his statement.
