In January and February 2024 the PKK-affiliated Ciwanên Şoreşger organization/ Revolutionary Youth kidnapped 4 children from Kobane and Qamishlo cities.
and A local source told Yekiti Media, “The Ciwanên Şoreşger organization of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party has kidnapped the minor girl Lava Abd-Alkhaleq Khalf in 18 January 2024 from Qamishlo city.
her birth on first of January 2011 in Qamishlo city. her mother is Enas Othman.
And the minor girl Samera Ali Moro has kidnapped from Kobane city on 30 January 2024 .
her birth on first of December 2010 in Kobane city. her mother is Zlekha.
and in February “The Ciwanên Şoreşger organization of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party has kidnapped the minor two boys from Kobane city. and they are Bakr Nassan Nassan and Mohammad Ali Nassan.
The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, had signed, in 2019, with the United Nations representative for children and armed conflict, Virginia Gamba, a plan of commitment to end and prevent the recruitment of children under the age of 18 and their non-use in military actions.
